Change or Remove Instagram or YouTube account

Change the associated Instagram/YouTube account

Only 1 Instagram and 1 YouTube profile can remain associated with an OPA account. Hence, if you want to replace your associated profile, Go to Your Account  > Edit Account > Linked Accounts > Change Instagram Account 

If you want to remove the Instagram/YouTube profile completely from your account, you may email us at support@opa.marketing.

How to undo verification?

• For Instagram: Go to Instagram App > Settings > Login Security > Apps & Websites > Active > Remove OPA
• For YouTube: Go to OPA App > Your Account  > Settings > Revoke YouTube Access
• For Amazon: Go to OPA App > Your Account  > Edit Account > Linked Accounts > Change Amazon Account > enter incorrect URL

Move my Instagram/YouTube profile to new OPA account

For Instagram: This is a little tricky. You will need an additional unimportant Instagram account for this. In your old OPA account, change the associated Instagram Profile to the unimportant one. Now you will be able to associate the important Instagram profile to your new OPA account.

In case you can't access your old account to perform the above steps, you will have to email us at support@opa.marketing.

For YouTube: First, you will have to revoke YouTube access from Old OPA account.  

Go to OPA App > Your Account  > Settings > Revoke YouTube Access

Then you can later login into your new OPA account and 'Verify YouTube Profile' there.
