Haven't received your payment?
It could be because of any of the following reasons:
- Incomplete Deliverables: You haven't submitted all the deliverables
- Rejected Deliverables: Your submission has been rejected, check the reason on the app
- Missed Deadline: You weren't able to submit deliverables within decided timeline
- Later Due Date: For many campaigns, we specify when the payment will be issued
- Delay by OPA: There have been instances when we have been late by a few days. If it's been over a few days, please do email us at support@opa.marketing.
